About the Role
Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an impeccably presented, highly motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agent who will use their strong market knowledge, customer focus and drive to connect people with property, all the while building a fulfilling long-term career.
Duties of the role include:
- Campaign Management
- Exceptional Vendor Communication and File Management
- Prospecting and maintaining a database of clients in the local area
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Facilitating successful completion of sales transactions, from pre-list to post-settlement.
Desired Skills, Experience and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 12 months of proven real estate sales experience
- Strong Client communication skills
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate license.
- Driven and motivated to succeed
- A current Drivers’ License and reliable vehicle
- Excellent computer skills and exceptional spelling and grammar
- Initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role.
